Santorini
Det var ei studiereise med stipend fra Sør-Trøndelag Fylke og Norsk Lærerlag for å studere oldtidens historie om Akropolis.
Senere ble det frankrike og Provence som ble reisemålet.
I fjor høst besøkte vi Santorini.
Et fascinerende møte med ei vulkanøy hvor halve vulkanen sank i havet etter en eksplosjon 1400 år f.Kr.
For many years ago Greece and the islands in the Egean Sea were the target for my summerholidays. My first trip to Greece and Athens was in 1966 for studiing the old history of Acropolis.
Later on we prefered France and Provence.
Last autumn we visited Santorini, and that was a fascinating meeting with an Iland on a Volcano where the half of the Iland sank in the sea and disappeared after an explosion 1400 years befor Kr.
